Pretty sure we‘ve all seen the new TT lineup already. Didn‘t like what they did to my girl Lian so I thought abt a new Design myself. Couldn‘t decide on the color palette, and I am not really too happy with how it turned out, yet i still like it a little better than the design they decided on.

Here some notes I thought about:

It’s quite obvious that I am no designer or concept artist in any way shape or form, but I do love her dearly so I hope I won’t get thrown rocks at. It is also obvious that I took some inspo from her older designs, where she looked a lot more like Speedy did. I am also quite confused as to when we decided that she was more of a „sharp“ character, if ykwim. All in all I felt like her jacket came straight out of my art teachers closet which isn’t BAD per se and maybe I have missed something regarding Lians character but I personally never saw that coming. At all. The most recent Design that I remember including the cheshire mask she was wearing rather simple clothes. Idk it just didn’t really feel like the Lian we knew. But then again, I might just be wrong.

What I’m pretty sure I am NOT wrong about though is the fact that she looks completely different from all her previous designs body wise. I personally feel like they just kinda threw the skinny asian archetype on her, which felt a little odd since that wasn’t necessarily her before, nor are her parents too much like that yk. First time I saw the lineup I didn’t even understand that it was Lian who I am looking at.

Currently I am considering reading it just for her… but J#sons presence is making that a little hard (I don’t necessarily hate him… just the N52 and…hmmmmm)

Also what the fuck are Naruto and Sasuke doing here.

what if eddie treats buck’s face—all soft touches and gentle hands and delicate presses and buck doesn’t even flinch or move or react differently, instead he looks fond and comfortable and just so adoring and they’re still joking, they’re still teasing each other, but it’s just not in the usual banter buck’s boyfriend is used to, not just from buck, but from everyone because is anybody this soft to their best friend? and he looks in between them weird and questioning and that’s it.
