Don't settle
Don't settle for what the world or dominant culture, internet or IRL, tells you to be just to fit in with the popular ones. Don't try to make yourself one thing while you're still growing and changing, as a person and literally physically as a human being. Don't settle for that "practical" career path if it's not where your passions and gifts lie... But don't shut out new opportunities to learn. Look, so many of us are still learning who we are, our brains are literally telling us we have this constant audience watching our every choice. It makes any kind of "act/think/be this way or you're uncool/a bigot/someone I will dislike" questions really unfair and full of a lot of pressure. It can shape us into people we didn't mean to be. So my darlings, be wise and discerning. Choose carefully who you will be in this world. And beware of peer pressure, even from people you agree with.
