BUNCH OF FRIENDS MORE LIKE BEACH OF FRIENDS!!!

Tada! Some Beach Episode doodles for @pinkninjapj and the first appearance of Sammie's cat Mungojerrie for @19catsncounting

I was trying to draw more for this episode but the niblings are not going to let me so I'll just summarize the ideas I had

They end up in the Florida town of Weeki Wachee, population 16, all of which are involved in the fake Mermaid business surrounding the town

But also turns out there's real mermaids about and they eat people

And if you get bit by one it works under were-rules and you start to turn into one

Jesse is able to use his limited powers to slow down the curse but they still need to look for a cure/stop the man eating mermaids

It all culminates in finding out the mayor of the town, one Jenny Hanover, has turned all the townsfolk into her new Mermaid pod and is using the tourist trade to feed them

(They discover that these were-maids once turned work under Aquamarine/H20 rules, that they can be human if they avoid water --there is a discussion on which is the better Mermaid comparison, with Jesse voting for H20, Ben for Aquamarine and Sammie wondering whats wrong with them as this is way closer to the Lure)

Anyway they realize that if they kill the Mermaid that bit Sammie before the moon is full the curse will be broken--but they have to kill her in Mermaid form so they have to be on the mermaids turf in the water to do it

Que some Jaws references and eventually they realize if they gank Mayor-maid Jenny as the alpha-mermaid that will neutralize the bloodlust of the pod and stop the curse from fully taking Sammie

Which they do--while also getting some clues that Jenny might have been a devotee of Dagon, and said demon is cooking something big up behind the scenes
