Knowing that, exercise can help keep your body at a healthy weight. Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥? There are a lot of internal (lack of motivation, fatigue, etc.) and external factors (lack of time, workout equipment, etc.) which become reasons for people to not exercise. And time is one of the biggest reasons people don't exercise. Hence, it is important to know why do you choose to have active lifestyle (especially when you are lack of motivation). Therefore, these are some questions you can consider: - Why do you train so hard for? (To weigh loss / to attain that perfect body l to inspire others / to eat) - what can you do even when your time is hectic? (Do what you know, and utilise the time effectively anywhere you are) 𝑻𝒊𝒑 Have accountabilities by sharing to as many people as possible. Out of 10 people you shared and more than half of them they give you a weird expression, you know that your reason of why you exercise is definitely not strong enough / doesn't sound like you. Honestly speaking during my upper secondary days, one of the reason why I exercise vigorously in the gym is because I just thought that it will be easier / be more confident to chase after ladies when I'm tall, handsome and fit. But it didn't help and now the mindset on why I train so hard is different. (𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆) Therefore, unless you have a coach or a training buddy to remind you - to keep you on track on what you want to achieve.
