Im gonna vomit everywhere
As a wannabe fantasy world builder, nothing hurts me more knowing that I will never be able to make a fantasy race as cool as the Charr from Guild Wars 2.
trans men I love you
Fic or treat! :3
For you, an abandoned "What If: Ryan had been bit at the radio hut" that I gave up on because I wrote one good scene and then didn't want to work out the logistics for an entire fic based around it.
Ryan's memory is hazy; he can't entirely remember what happened after the night had gone off the rails at the bonfire. It had been such a bad idea. Why did he allow himself to be swayed. They shouldn't have been drinking. They should have listened to Mr. H and made sure everyone was safe in the lodge. Safe from--
Taking a deep breath he opens his eyes, squinting into the bright sunlight. He's somewhere in the woods, looking up at a bright blue sky through the branches of a pine. The sun in high in the sky. He sits up slowly, resting on his elbows. The dry needles dig into his bare skin. A breeze rushes through the trees and he shivers. He's naked, covered in dried flaking blood. Strangely, he doesn't feel hurt. Just an ache in his stomach and he's hit with a wave of nausea.
I love how Kabru's party is introduced in their first episode. Like a charming, skilled swordsman who everyone thinks is cool is literally every other fantasy anime's main character, and he knows it. (Sword Art Online comes to mind. He even has a tsundere girl sidekick who's secretly crushing on him in his party...). But in this story? His party keeps getting KO'd by monsters that Laios and the gang are literally eating for breakfast, and then completely misreads Laios despite reading people being his whole thing. Laios and his party are the only ones who are up for the challenge of being weird enough to really excel in the dungeon.
