(edit: I would appreciate a reblog)
Hans definitely looks even hotter with a beard XD and it would tickle when he gives Elsa a bunch of kisses 💖💕 Love Helsa ship for life !
When bearded Hans was presented to me for the first time I wasn't much of a fan of that idea. But with time I started to accept and like the possibility of a full beard as Hans' potential future/new look.
Hans with sideburns is iconic and classic. And I'd be lying if I said that the sideburns look isn't one of the main reasons for why Hans became one of my favorite characters and Disney Princes in all of Disneydom back in 2013 when I first saw a picture of his final design. Sideburns are pretty cool and stylish, dignified even (when well trimmed) And certainly they make Hans look unique.
But Hans is a character that needs tremendous development going forward and a somewhat drastic change in appearance would be in order, if you ask me. We saw what a good change can do with Elsa during Let It Go as she sheds her serious and concealing coronation dress and hair in a bun for her bright and free ice dress and letting down her hair in a braid much like her childhood's self used to happily sport.
To me, in what I envision as 'my version of Frozen 2' and headcanon as Hans goes from sideburns to a full beard, the idea would be to signal growth, maturity, and some kind of authenticity (if that makes sense) Back in the day Hans put too much faith on his appearance to win a queen and/or princess' favor. He relied too much on his prince charming looks. And as he goes through his penance and isn't given much opportunity to keep his facial hair in check, years go by and Hans embraces the full beard. It was strange at first to look at the mirror for the first time. But all he cared about in the end was his hard work and one last chance to start anew.
Hans' beard tickles Elsa, but only when she lets it. In a playful mood the beard would tickle her, yes. In more serious and chaste occasions I imagine she wouldn't feel it as ticklish.

I’ll be the calm
I will be quiet
Stripped to the bone
I wait
No I’ll be a stone
I’ll be the hunter
A tower that casts a shade
