Getting better. 10 rounds - every 90 seconds 1 squat snatch + 1 hang snatch below the knee + 1 hang snatch above the knee. Finished off with just missing at 230# on the 3rd rep. Was having a hard time with the above the knee hang today. Pretty happy with this. Started at 195 and went up by 5# pretty much the whole time. Been spending time daily working on a few elements of the split jerk. Specifically my foot work and driving my head through while keeping my chin down. It's been 2 weeks since I started this and it's paying off already. Still not where I want to be but it's definitely progress. Worked up to 300# in an emom today with 1 rep on the minute. 235-300# adding 5# every minute.
