Oh good god this one is very hard ahah. I personally think they all do? They’re all there, especially the active ones, for a reason. 

And I mean, the easiest answer would be my main two boyos. 

Tyr because he’s my oldest active (from 2009) and I’ve put a lot of work into him. Dallan because he exaggerates/exemplifies my own experience with anxiety. 

And they’re both very much characters I’ve wanted to read about, so I ended up making them my own stories.

Full Name: Dallan MacguireGender and Sexuality: Cis Male, Homoromantic/DemisexualPronouns: He/HimEthnicity/Species: Human, Predominantly Shawnee, part Irish and Indian on his father’s side. Birthplace and Birthdate: July 25th, Indianaoplis Indiana (which it’s not called that in his cannon, but shh) Guilty Pleasures: Hah, biggest one is cute things. Namely cute animals. Wouldn’t be able to walk past a box of kittens, or scroll past a cute puppy video. Phobias: Lightning/Thunderstorms. Like a storm can cause a full on panic attack. What They Would Be Famous For: ‘Most reckless way to end a totalitarian regime’- but no really, probably something engineering related if he were to put his mind to something enough to be famous. What They Would Get Arrested For: ...he’s had an AU where he was arrested for assault. And he’s been arrested (sorta?) in his canon tons of times for a multitude of things. He could also be picked up in a normal setting for protesting maybe? Or maybe stealing a dog off of someone’s porch instead of letting animal control handle it. OC You Ship Them With: Tyr :V Duh (Erin might not have been a strange relationship with him for an AU or two though, and he can sorta kinda be paired with another of my friends ahah) OC Most Likely To Murder Them: Alker, Erin, Tyr almost killed him in his canon on accident. Favorite Movie/Book Genre: I see him being a fan of LotR, but anything action adventure/epic fantasy/epic sci-fi. Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: Mystery, Horror, anything too realistic fiction. Talents and/or Powers: Well powers, he’s pyrokinetic. He knows a degree of martial arts and can shoot decently. He’s a good cook (his chili is to die for) as well! He’s also really good at messing things up. Why Someone Might Love Them: He’s passionate, rather selfless and actually loves/gets along with more people than his serious/grumpy demeanor says. And he’s devoted to people he cares about. I could go into a whole spiel about why Tyr does, but maan. Stuff about how he acts around children and animals, the few times he does light up and smile or laugh, the way he can sit down while working and nod off immediately, yadda yaddaWhy Someone Might Hate Them: HAHAH he’s got a bad attitude. He’s preachy, opinionated and if you wrong him he doesn’t like to forgive people. He can be loud, way too overwhelming of a personality sometimes as well. And dramatic. And sees situations in a black and white manner. How They Change: Well he kinda shifts that black and white view of the world. Also in his canon he grows quieter, muted and dulled down too. Kinda gets beat enough that he mellows out in a sad way. And he starts to learn how to get a minor handle on anxiety coping. But he doesn’t really change for the best in the end, since his mental health does dip badly at a few points, especially the very end. Why You Love Them: This is hard to explain ahah, he’s only 2 years old as an OC himself, but he’s grown so much. I love that I can have an actiony and volitle character that’s also very very human. And that I can show my own experience with anxiety disorder through him (albeit in a more dramatic way) He just was intended for one purpose, to be a sidekick for the most part, a foil, to Tyr and he ended up a co-main character.
