Can I brag a little bit?
After a long stretch without physical activity, I've spent time doing something active for the past three days. Yesterday I went for a walk/hike/cross country walking with two friends and peed in the woods for te first time in my life; and the two days before I went to the gym and did some strength training/cardio/a little bit of yoga.
I'm not sure if I'm going to go back to my personal trainer or not, but I'm mulling it over. Plus, a friend and I are talking about trying out some DDP yoga. (Which I keep hearing awesome things about and really want to try since I miss yoga and how good it made me feel. It's one of the only things I've found that really helped my FMS.)
My diet still needs work, but I'm taking some steps to get back on the right track. A little bit of progress is better than no progress at all. Soon, I'll cut out all the junk I eat - soda and fast food to start.
I'm kinda proud of myself and I just wanted to give myself a pat on the back. xD
