Regarding you reblog on actors fucking. I feel like in general this happens a lot more than people think, it's just kept quiet most of the time, but actors are people like the rest of us and not everyone has the ability to turn off their emotions when acting out certain scenes. They sometimes even admit it themselves, but it usually happens years later. Even for HR, one of the guys (I think it was Hudson) talked about how he needed to ground himself and keep reminding himself that this is acting and not real life. I once heard (from a self proclaimed insider, so you know) that fucking on set is pretty much accepted, as long as it doesn't extend to after filming. Basically, when the project finishes and everybody goes their separate ways, that's it. And it is apparently some sort of unwritten rule. It was implied that even when an actor has a family, it sometimes kinda goes out the window while on set. And to go back to HR, I personally don't believe Hudcon are fucking (yet?). But that also doesn't mean that they're perfectly platonic and that at least one of them doesn't want to.
oh 100% theres so many stories where people have cheated on partners with their screen partner. however I do not think this happens with hudcon. I do joke a lot about hudcon but sometimes its like rumors dont come out of nowhere, you was doing something. they clearly are very close friends who just happened to be having sex on screen and kissed. I still think they probably did have massive crushes on each other but hudson figured it too late. connor definitely had a fat crush from the start, I mean he went searching for hudsons insta, after the chemistry read, before they were even casted. they were destined for long term friends minimum.
but on the topic of actors, like you said so many say its hard to turn off emotions but thats because we aren't built to turn them off. you can distance yourself all you want but your brain doesn't know its fake. its like if you joke about a kink a lot, your brain will think you're serious and then thats it. thats why theres so many scandals with actors dating or cheating or whatever. but bringing it back, they definitely fancy each other and hudson ain't slick with it recently. connor is just better at hiding it
