Since Young Dracula has been blessed with a minor resurgence, here are some GIFs from that time Craig Roberts (Robin) got to play a vampire! Love that little detail of him shaking off the bloodlust.

Rewatching the becoming human miniseries and I'm just noticing the parallels between christa & george and adam & mitchell.
At the start, both George and Christa refuse to admit that they are werewolves. They treat the wolf like a different person and refuse to accept what they have become. They don't like people seeing their scars and they try to fly under the radar and act as normal as they can. They avoid talk of the supernatural and they desperately want to not be a werewolf. Christa says that 'this is all just a dream' and that she will wake up and all of this will be gone. Neither of them want to get close to people out of fear in case they hurt them.
Whereas Adam and Mitchell have accepted what they are. they're more confident in the so-called monsters they have become. Both are seen to be pretty unbothered for the most part about biting people (Mitchell bites Lauren without thinking about it too much and Adam seems pretty happy to follow brandy and kill her). They also aren't scared of being close to people. As an annoying teenager Adam says a lot of things and makes a lot of comments about girls and in the series we see Mitchell falling in love and being with people from the beginning.
Now, it could be argued that it makes sense for the vampires to have accepted what they are and the werewolves to not, because while none of them were born and raised that way (except tom in the last few series), the vampires have had time to get used to it and have been doing it for a while, whereas the werewolves are new to this whole thing and are still learning to cope with this new world. We see it first hand when George accidentally scratches Nina. However, when Hal turns Crumb(I think that was his name?) He seems to get on with it pretty quickly. I think this probably has something to do with the way that being turned into a vampire changes the brain (and probably some aspects of their biology: heart stopping, the fangs, ect.).
As Mitchell says in one of the episodes, this is him all the time, George gets a break and only deals with it once a month, but he deals with it every day. This probably leads to the werewolves finding it harder to cope as it's not as real for them because while they do have better hearing and a better sense of smell, when the moon isn't full they don't have to worry about it and can get on with their lives for the most part. The werewolves can easily create a clear split between them and the wolf. Whereas vampires are forced to get used to what they are because they experience the new way they work every day, they don’t get to stop thirsting for blood or anything like that.
This was supposed to just be a quick post about some of the similarities but then I accidentally wrote a lot haha.

WHY DOES NOBODY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT ADAM
