From a project I did for Appetite for Life, a project called Appetite for Art - by James Ezell Amerson. A project to help bring awareness to the hungry - which comes in all forms-underprivileged to homeless. 80lbs of red cabbage meticulously hand torn to create the bed of leaves, in an "American Beauty" themed shot.
