The completeness of finishing a long bedtime chapter book, esp when it’s a classic you haven’t read yet. The Tale of Despereaux. It might be the best children’s book I’ve read. Top three, at least. Wow. A must read for all ages. Birthday celebrations and gifts on days when it’s not really your birthday. Taking our time. Safe spaces where I can be who I am and no one asks me any questions about any of it. Meetings and gift and wisdom exchanges with fairies. The sacredness of the space we’ve co-created here. Being held in it. Honoring it. Agrimony. The exchange of used items by moms all over the land. Hearing about and being included in new and exciting art projects/endeavors. The single point focus of a creative five year old mid-build. Checking things off my list. Camera equipment that does what I need it to do. Talking to folks who are going through or have gone through similar situations and knowing I’m not alone in my experience of life. Being heard. Boss bitches. New easy-to-read books that come highly recommended by the best and most personal book reviewer. A warm bed for all of us.
