McDonalds has the World's Most Expensive Sandwich

well...not exactly.  The McDonald sandwich, named after it's creator Scott McDonald, features beef from Japanese Wagyu cattle and 24-hour fermented sour dough.  The $148 price tag makes this 595g sandwich hard to swallow.  For everyone going to London, stop by Selfridges Department Store and try it... tell me how it goes :D.
