Butterfly Steaks

butterfly pork steaks (protein portion) diced tomatoes (skinned) olives basil, salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Sear meat in coated frying pan without oil. Add tomato, olives, herbs and spices. Heat for a few minutes. Serve for your family with pasta, for you with steamed vegetables or salad and 100% rye bread.

Please remember to subtract weight of tomato and olives from your vegetable portion.
