Chinese Beef Broccoli Stir Fry- Easy Recipe
Chinese Beef Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe
Without the trouble of a wok, you can quickly and easily enjoy the flavors of classic stir-fry dishes with this Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli recipe. Tender beef slices and perfectly roasted broccoli are combined in a delicious savory-sweet sauce.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced. 4 cups broccoli florets. 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce. 1/3 cup honey. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C. Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes if using in a mixing bowl. Arrange the broccoli florets and thinly sliced flank steak onto a sizable sheet pan. Add pepper and salt for seasoning. Coat the steak and broccoli evenly by pouring the sauce mixture over them and tossing. On the sheet pan, distribute the ingredients evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is soft and has a hint of crunch on the edges and the beef is cooked to your preferred doneness. Take out of the oven and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with noodles or rice. Have fun!
