This easy and quick Keto Beef Masala recipe makes a great dinner in less than 45 minutes. It's a tasty alternative to takeout because the fragrant spices and tender beef give it a lot of flavor.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef, thinly sliced. 2 tbsp ghee. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 inch ginger, grated. 2 tomatoes, diced. 1 tbsp tomato paste. 1 tsp cumin powder. 1 tsp coriander powder. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp chili powder. Salt to taste. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Set a pan on medium heat and add the ghee. Chop up the ginger, onion, and garlic and add them. Cook the onions until they become clear. Put in the sliced beef and cook it until it turns brown. Place tomato slices, tomato paste, and spices in a bowl. Mix well. Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every now and then. Add fresh cilantro as a garnish before serving.
