Pfft a friend just asked me if she can stay the night tomorrow after another one of my “best friends” party that I wasn’t invited to. 1. I wasn’t even gonna go to the party if I was invited but that still hurt. 2. I said yes because she lives like an hour away so I’m having an impromptu sleepover tomorrow yayyyy

dont ever let a kid feel as if getting good grades is just their job and theres nothing special abt it bc then theyre gonna develop the mentality of whats the point of getting good grades if its just a job done lol. and also dont make them feel like thats the worst thing on the world

basically if a kid gets a good grade let them know youre proud of them and if they get a bad grade let them know its not the end of the world and that it happens otherwise when they grow up theyre gonna feel as if theyre not good for anything they do
