He Whose Stars Are Sewn Into the Ground, it’s a lot more of a mouthful in English than it is in Focal’Raeltian, but I kinda lost the translation when I moved books. According to Cardali mytho, Diollea sewed his life force into Cardalith herself so that the planet could breathe life. From plants to animals to Cardali themselves. He is also commonly referred to as the Sun, because his shine is brighter than any other Cardali. His name directly translates to container of the sun.

4. What is their relationship with their parents? What’s a good and bad memory with them? Did they know both parents?

Cardali don’t actually have parents! Well most of the time they don’t. Typically they’re born when a Cardali dies, and are raised by the town that they were born in/near.

6. What were they like at school? Did they enjoy it? Did they finish? What level of higher education did they reach? What subjects did they enjoy? Which did they hate?

8. Did they have pets as a child? Do they have pets as an adult? Do they like animals?

Diollea god damn loves animals, and his favorites have always been aquatic animals, he doesn’t keep them as pets, but he does visit the ocean very frequently so he can be near them as often as possible. His favorites are sharks.

10. Do they like children? Do children like them? Do they have or want any children? What would they be like as a parent? Or as a godparent/babysitter/etc?

Oh buddy you have no idea, he really loves children and interacting with them, especially if the kid is from a different species because they tend to be a whole lot tinier than Cardali. And Diollea is no small man, he’s 8′7. And boy is he just fucking mystified when he sees a tiny child, he’s always afraid he’ll hurt them but he loves to watch them play or when they swing from his arms.

He likes to think that children like him, but then again he is a giant glowing space god, so he doesn’t take it personally when they’re terrified of him.

Does it count as being a parent if you’re the god of a whole species?

12. What is their favourite food?

He comes from a species of star people that need to eat a whole lot to keep their forms and keep up with the energy they output – He’ll put anything in his mouth.

But he’s a sucker for sweets.

14. Do they have any specific memories of food/a restaurant/meal?

As a God, he has a mentally link with his followers that is very one way, but whatever secrets or memories share with him, he receives and stores. So he probably definitely has many memories about food and restaurants and especially if they are memories from Cardali who are off world.

So no specific memories, none of his own at least.

16. Do they collect anything? What do they do with it? Where do they keep it?

….Collections of off world memories from his followers? Does that count??

Cliff notes for Silica and Miss Mia!

I actually don’t have any plot goals for Silica right now, she’s where she wanted to be.

Mia, on the other hand, is for sure going to wind up getting a cybernetic eye some point soon. Maybe two. As well as an outfit and hair style redesign because she likes to change herself whenever something major in her life changes. I’m not sure when exactly that eye replacement will take place though.

LEMONS. Lemon tarts, lemon bars, lemon cremes. They’ve got all the glory of orange deserts, but the sourness takes away the cloying sweetness of most orange things to me, haha.

Alternatively: apple pastries are basically my favorite thing ever and I have various types in the oven pretty much every week for all of fall. x) DELICIOUS.

Morning! I am the most awake and at my most pleasant / energetic from 6AM to 11:00AM, and the day is a steady downward crawl from there on in. By the time the sun sets, I am pretty much totally zoned on any given day, haha.
