I met Matt the owner (and head scientist) and we talked about beer trends, Arizona honey, and how they come up with their beer names. Such a great time and great hospitality! The “Not Today Putin” was an incredible Russian Imperial Stout at 13.3% abv. I also enjoyed the “Boombox” Triple Berry Fruited Sour. Sours are realllly starting to grow on me. Brewery visit back in 2014.  First time in South Carolina.  Had a wonderful time.  In town for a week for a friend’s wedding and I was totally impressed with the beer and food scene.
