Almost 90% of all flowering plants and approximately 30% of our food crops depend on animal pollinators. Honeybees alone pollinate more than 90 different kinds of food crops! But bees are disappearing fast and that impacts all of us. Here's the simple recipe (with a not-so-simple Beehive Spun Sugar Garnish)⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bee's Knees🐝2 ounces gin1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice3/4 ounce honey syrup (1:1)⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a mixing glass 2/3 filled with ice, pour in gin, lemon juice and honey syrup. Stir 20 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass.
