When this Beetnik appeared on 70s Dinner Party’s feed I knew I had to give it a go. So fun and so accessible, although god knows how to tint a cream cheese beret with vegetable colour.

As you can see, I did not graft a carrot beard on with a toothpick - I simply placed it on the beetroot’s chinny chin chin. I was true to the recipe except for tinting the beret. The beetniks themselves are tasty veggie morsels that you have to swiftly bung in your gob in one go.

My breakfast, snacks, and lunch for today. Now, normally I'd prep everything and never buy a premade meal.....But, we didn't get home until 9:30pm Monday from our camping weekend and I have had to work closing shifts the last 2 nights. I did go to the grocery store but then had to go to work so had 0 time to make my meals. I have heard some awesome things about Beetnik so I'm giving it a try. I had one yesterday that was pretty amazing. Of course, at $5 a meal my home made is WAY more budget friendly. I have a 10 hr shift today then we leave for Columbus in the morning so again...I'm not perfect but I try to make the better choice! Sumo orange, apple, Justin's almond butter, vegan Shakeology, carrot salad, and pineapple frontier bites, and of course my much loved #Lacroix!!!!!!! #dogmom #shakeology #gethealthyatayhealthy #beetnik #beachbodycoach #imnotperfect
