I just had my mind blown by something and I need to record it for posterity.

So Fairuz and I are rewatching venture bros, and the other day we started musing about what amount of fic might exist (in an intellectual way rather than interest in reading). So I checked and there’s like 800 or so fics on the archive. And we both were genuinely shocked that Rusty/Brock was the main pairing bc there is so much twisted gay shit happening on this show, but, curiosity satisfied, we moved on.

And we’re watching it again tonight, and I had the idle thought of how much of that Rusty/Brock fic is daddy kink. And y’all, the answer shocked me. IT’S ZERO. None nada nil. That’s insane. While I wouldn’t read it bc Rusty is the worst and I hate him, there is SO WILDLY MUCH daddy kink potential there, what are those beezers in that fandom doing??
