One of the priveledges of being male is that it used to be that "Queer Spaces" actually meant gay (white) male spaces. But as times are evolving and the alphabet mafia steps into their power "Queer" space are more inclusive. But that also means less "men". And definitely less gay men. You can be at a queer event and theoretically there not be one f@g in the bunch. And sometimes that makes me feel some type of way. It brings up my childhood trauma and my fear of "female bodies" and straight men - like I'm 15 years old in the gym locker room getting ready for swim class again. But I'm old! And I should be over it by now. Fear is no longer a legitimate excuse. Sometimes we have to grow up and put our big girl panties on! No matter how many men show up with their girlfriends in queer spaces, I need to get on board with that. Identity is complex and elusive: Being queer is what we make it. (So the kids are telling me) And besides, I'm gay enough for all of us. Lol. But today the 24 hour fitness in West Hollywood is closing for good. The death of another "gay space." So their will be an event to witness it's passing and a few homosexuals will be paying their respects (and I will be saying a few words.) So come let's honor the past. I believe that everyone out there should also be gay

- There has never been a LGBTQ+ dictator out there. In other words, massive killings have come from straight people 100% of the time.

- When we come out, we teach people to be acceptant, loving, and tolerant. We broaden horizons and make people better, in a nutshell.

- We rarely make babies by accident, which is great for the environment and the overpopulation globally. Babies are wanted and planned, which spreads love and welcoming feelings.

- My community has been persecuted for centuries and we have never, ever reciprocated on a global scale.

- No extremist movement, no activist killings, no anti-heterosexuality propaganda leading to civil wars... which means that we are not resenters, we are not destroyers.
