BACK TO KETO ;
I have less than six months to lose like.... 50 and more pounds.
I need to either do Keto or do the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse or combine the two.
but I’m going to research more because I’m a total beginner.
During my first try, I did lose 14 pounds though.
& so it starts
So, I had already made the decision to go KETO/LCHF about a week ago *shmoney dance*. Stuck with it for a few days before shark week caused me to relapse. Yeah, I’m blaming shark week, because I’m an emotional eater and I was FULL of emotions.
I was using Instagram as a way to keep me accountable, which has helped in some form of fashion, but I felt like I didn’t want to overwhelm anyone with long ass paragraphs about my day/meals and all that typing on my phone? FORGET IT. I’ll sit on my computer and be happy!
Lo and behold, this tumblr was born. I prefer this platform much better, even though the app is considered SHIT. But I plan to take some time out of my day to check in on here. I lowkey miss tumblr anyway...
