To which I annoyingly respond, “It depends.” Like so many other aspects of fitness, the best time of day to train will be individualized. Have regular late meetings at work? You should probably come in the morning. Are you a total night owl who absolutely dreads waking up in the morning? Maybe don’t schedule that 6:00 a.m. session. Mornings and evenings busy with dropping off/picking up kids from school? Sneak in a lunch workout.
