In the spirit of self improvement, I have decided to work on my sleep challenges! I have done a poor job of getting enough in the past few months. I have trouble shutting down at times, especially when stress/anxiety is involved. But now, I am at the action phase of behavior change! I have acknowledged the need for improvement and am now doing something about it. 😤 This phase can be messy; lots of stop and starts. But, it is an important phase of the journey and the only way to success is through it.
In taking action, I am going for a 30-day sleep challenge from Very Well that I have read about online. I have never tried the challenge and I don’t know anyone who has. But, I needed a road map of ideas that would get me out of my sleep rut. This challenge aims to do that.
I will note progress here and give an honest feedback on if this worked for me at all. I hope I am able to share any tips/habits I learn from the experience. I have provided the link below for anyone else interested in giving it a try! I’m planning on starting Tuesday, October 1st for easy tracking. Here’s to the quest for total health and wellness!
