Not a great day but ready to rebound. I am still sooooo sore from the TotalGym™ but I will be doing another set today.

Well, we may have snuck Chick-fil-a into the movies last night, so myblow point dinner flew out the window.
But guess what. Tracked and still didn’t go over my points!
Going to keep on at it today!
This has been my tracking this week...including today for what I tracked and pre tracked so far!
I seriously have been making the effort and proud of myself for it.
Just need to get to the weekend before weigh-in to see if it all paid off.

Took me years and many breakdowns to realize that being accountable and understanding you will never be 100 percent perfect is the best thing for your mental health and moving on in life
Tonight's dinner. I forgot to take a picture until I after I started eating 😂🤦♀️ Mushroom swiss burger with no bun, steamed broccoli, and a baked potato with butter and sour cream. I also had a glass of unsweet tea with 6 sweet n low packets.
