is this that nightmare?
behind-the-scenes thoughts + cipher answers:
I know I said that my scorpio venus makes me attached to my hoes but my virgo mars isn't completely innocent. I think why there are hoes I've kept and hoes that I've left is bc how useful they are to me. What good are they to me if they don't stay close to me? It doesn't matter if they're amazing at sex when I can't even scream in pleasure bc they live in a place where we have to keep quiet.
nothing beats that matchday feeling of dread, excitement, stress and ‘if they dont win i will diE’
Realistic goals.

At first, do everything
One of our advisors at CodeFights once gave us this tidbit:
At first, do everything.
It turns out that this is a pretty common refrain in StartupLand, because as the lesson goes, learn how to do something yourself and you’ll be better prepared to find someone to delegate the activity to later (or something to that effect).
At CodeFights this means we run a lean ship — and do (most)everything ourselves. No outside PR, no content writers, no outsourced development. We always take a crack at things first before looking for help.
Of course, this approach doesn’t scale very well, as there are better writers out there than me, and I can’t wait to hire a designer who blows me away (shouldn’t be too hard). After all, as a co-founder in the long run my job is to get out of the way — but initially we all have to get our hands a little dirty.
