If you think about it. Everything we are overly drawn to or love has some sense of comfort. We pressure people to do what we want and be who we want them to be in some fashion. It could be love me! Idk why but i just love reading about foods and how it nourishes your body, and what the contents of certain foods are and how impactful it can be to your energy, lifespan, mood, and health overall, but like also how you can make eating healthy enjoyable and yummy by creating different recipes that you can easily research while it can also be something fun to do because cooking is fun :-) idk i just like the human body its so cool
