I don’t think there’s much salt in the quinoa mixture as it comes from Cotsco, so you could add it or not per your preference!

As far as I know, I don’t believe I’ll be able to attend 221B Con in 2017. If my plans to visit family next year uphold, it would conflict with the 221B Con schedule.
If it’s any consolation, I’ll be posting the transcript for the Neurodiversity panel after Sherlock Seattle/Watson Washington this month.

Yes, some will continue to write their own fanfic and enjoy their alternate ship, as always- and that is okay
well yah it’s not against the law and it’s not like. immoral. but it hurts my feelings a bit? like from the beginning, the show has been about the relationship between john and sherlock. which ppl are okay with as long as they have plausible deniability that it’s a platonic relationship? but then when it’s canonically romantic, that’s a problem for them and causes them to lose interest? i truly don’t understand that. like honestly i don’t. what am i supposed to make of that? what is there to hate so much about it? it’s been carefully built from the very first episode. they are designed for each other, just as acd’s characters were. why does it bother people so much for them to be in love? why?

I’m really okay with things. This is the first time I’ve submitted anything in years. I wasn’t really expecting to hit a home run the first time out. Yeah, it’s a bummer... but I can deal with it.
I’ve already got the same story out to another magazine now. Basically as soon as I got my rejection I was hitting the virtual pavement again. I’m good.

I cleaned it well. None of our cats go outside though, so they're not that dangerous but I do still make sure they're clear. :) I'll be fine in a bit, it just stings.

All from this one fucking loaf pan. Despite the fact that she's lived with us for almost a year now she's still really fucking skittish, so we have a lot of trouble trimming her nails. She also still spooks easily, and I was holding her when the phone rang and startled her ><

HI- I am really sorry you lost your friend.I have had it happen more than once, but it is never easy. I found a lot of comfort at www.petloss.com- there are a lot of poems, etc there- you can leave a memorial for your friend there. (((hugs))) ~joan
