Ghost attack

Headcanon minute about the ghosts. Like in a classik myphs they do not recognize their death. Their thougts carefully avoids any logical inconsistencies and questions about death. Any attempt to convince is likely to lead to irritation and aggression.

Ghosts themselves are harmless, but in some cases they can affect the living and objects. Moths can see ghosts. Specifically the half-blind Belever was not used to relying on vision and perceived this sign as a living bug. He hears it, communicates, feels a slight warmth from them and can interact a little. Until his pay attention to small details - ghosts do not make background sounds, their voice sounds quietly and as if through a bad speaker. And the interlocutors of them are so-so. Sooner or later, the posthumous memory will exhaust itself and the spirit will sound like a jammed record, looping, repeating the same thing

I think Bel would often visit ghosts at the places of their death, because he feels a little sorry for these prisoners of dreams.

One of my favorites is Belever. He is a little blind, talkative, but can make an excellent company in a long journey. Once upon a time his ancestors fled from Hallownest and settled in distant desert lands. They travel on large caravans and are engaged in trade. Bel loves magic more than commerce and wants to know where his ancestors came from. Collects all kinds of magical trinkets.
