When I reached Brussels, the first and the most prominent thing on my mind was the historic grand square. With more than 80 museums, a grand, historical square, history and culture is steeped deep in Brussels. The whole place lined with coronet of guild houses, and inevitably decorated buildings. The artistic finesse of the square will surely leave you in awe and wonder. And then take a walk to the richly decorated cafes and try Belgian beer, taken tad too serious in the country, and you may be surprised that different glasses exist for different beers. There is an admirable flexibility around the beer culture here. Mucopurulent discharge accumulated at the medial canthus OU; corneas appear bright and clear. Grade 3/6 left apical, holosystolic murmur, normal rate and rhythm. Lungs auscult clear and eupneic. Abdomen soft and pliable. Ambulatory x4 with no appreciable lameness. Pt has a 2x2cm erosion on the left temple from struggling on the catch pole, mild exudative hemorrhage. All skin, including ears, is generally hairles, severely lichenified with grayish discoloration; worst on the face, ears and ventrum.
