Haven't felt this down in a while.

Today was one of the hardest days to get through physically and emotionally. I feel as though I'm losing control of everything. Whenever I can't control something it drives me nuts and makes me panic. Being independent is a double edged sword. On one hand I'm all over everything in my life leaving little to no room for anyone to help me out. On the other hand I tend to overdo it and end up burning myself out 🙅🙅🙅😓😓😓. I need to find a balance.
