Try adding an exercise band circuit! ... 1-Squats - With the band around your feet, squat nice and deep and step the right leg out and in for 30 sec, then switch to the other side 2-Plank Leg Lifts - Get into your plank with band around your feet and lift the right leg up and back at a 45 degree angle for 30 sec, then switch to the other side 3-Hands Out/In - Get into your plank with band around wrists and bring your right arm out and back in for 30 sec, then switch to the other side 4-Push-ups- Get into your plank with band around wrists and bring the right hand out wide, push-up, then bring the hand back in and repeat for 30 sec, then switch to the other side 5-Boat Abs - Take a seat with the band around your thighs and sink and lift your boat for 1 min 6-Repeat 3x!
