Sweating for the wedding-day 5
So it seems that the diet is going well. I even had a slip up the other day, but I have still lost more weight! I am down to 162lbs in just a few days. I have never done a weight loss program that caused such great results, and I have yet to add in the daily work out.
The hardest part has been being sick today.
I wanted to test out the workout program, but sadly that will have to wait. As long as I am feeling better tomorrow I plan on not only taking my usual belly dance class, but also taking a pole class. I have only had a chance to take pole one other time but the teacher is amazing, and it was such a wonderful workout! Granted I was in a ton of pain the days following but it was worth it.
Speaking of my dance classes…
Nick and I decided we are not going to disclose in the blog where we attend dance/Kung fu repectivly for personal and business privacy reasons. If you would like to know more info about where I dance please send me a private message. This may change in the future, however we are sticking to this rule at this time.
Back to the diet.
I am currently in the process of working on my food plan for the week. Once I have it done I will share it here, and keep you up to date if one day’s plan was better than another. Nick and I are also planning on sharing some of our favorite healthy recipes with you!
Sorry for the short post today, but I will update you again very soon, and hopefully can share that food plan with you at that time!
