Could you list your favourite Ben performances??

oh my gosh this is such a difficult thing to answer because I love all the ben performances far too much

also I definitely made a post of this before but I cannot seem to find it but it was a while ago anyway so there have been many more since then that I love with all my heart

so ALL RIGHTY HERE WE GO GET READY FRIEND (intense riffing and mic caressing below the cut. not suitable for all viewers.)

this isn’t gonna be in any particular order for the most part except for the first few that are my most favorite of all my favorites

to kiss a girl is HIGHLY IMPORTANT and his voice is the bomb dot com in it and I have literally never wanted to kiss anyone more than I do when I watch this performance because he is so passionate and so pretty and i am so sad

girl, you’re freakin‘ out KILLS ME because he’s having so much fun and it hurts me and his voice and ephie’s blend so well together and more singing about kissing and it is very distressing

what you own with corey cott. again ben having far too much fun and bonus piano playing wow

belief is just one of the highlights of ben’s career tbh. it’s really wonderful. also that one guy who yells “SING” at the end. same.

over the mountains isn’t talked about a lot but I love it so much?? I wish there were a video of it but gosh it’s beautiful. if I could inject “my life is packed” into my veins I would.

kiss the air is one of my go-to lullabies wow. emotional riffing. so lovely.

all the live performances of gone are quite literally gone but this one older version which is very rad! but you can purchase the studio version on amazon and ugh it’s up there with belief as one of THE ben performances and he belts one note and holds it for a long time and it’s glorious

halo. it’s all the way back in his spring awakening days and he is just a tiny tiny baby here singing beyonce and it’s very important. tiny riffing baby ben.

fireworks is VERY intense and VERY punk rock and I love it so much??? there’s some really high mixy belting here and it’s truly amazing

good thing is indeed a very good thing. his voice is so big and powerful and oh dear.

there are many many more wonderful ben performances but these are my favorites that I can think of off the top of my head!

it's from a short film called twentysomething he did at some point - I haven't been able to find a lot of info on it? it looks like it was actually from 2013 and was someone's senior thesis. I haven't found anything about where to watch it though which is sad because it looks super great.

what are some of the dumbest things that ben has said?

OHHHHH SNAP THIS IS GONNA BE A FUN ONE

ben has said some very dumb things in the past but I will try to narrow this down to the dumbest of the dumb

He has a really dumb moment in this video around 1:40 where he talks about smelling flowers and jeremy jordan's shake weight

And then there is this episode of king of new york where around 3:36 he makes a pencil disappear and then insists that he doesn't know magic tricks

And this ask medda video features him telling a very dumb story about spring awakening

and he has quite a few dumb tweets but two of his past twitter descriptions were "dance monkey dance" and "this is Vine right?" and one time he just tweeted "HAHAH *cough cough" and to this day I have no idea what this means

and this playbill interview is just full of dumb
