Thoma:
You were awakened by the aroma of the delicious food and the soft sizzling sound coming from the kitchen. Half-awake, you quietly walked towards the kitchen to see Thoma cooking food. You slowly wrapped your arms around Thoma’s waist, leaning your head on his back.
“Oh! You’re awake. Good morning Y/n. Happy Valentines day. How was sleep?” He chirped, briefly diverting his attention to you and kissing you. “It’s was fine.. Are you making f/f?” He nodded. “Can you get the table ready for me? I’m almost done.”
You groaned, not wanting to leave his warmth. But unwrapping yourself from him a few moments later. After placing the plates on the table, you sat on a chair and waiting for Thoma to finish, dozing off every now and then. Closing your eyes, you told yourself that you would take a nap for a few minutes and a few minutes only.
After what seemed to be a few seconds, a soft voice seemed to make you conscious. “-/n? Y/n? It’s time to eat~”
“H-huh? Thoma?”
He chuckled, sitting across from you. “Come on, let’s eat before it gets cold.”. During eating, you noticed a slight change in your home. Thoma seemed to notice the reaction and smiled, talking after eating rice cake. “Ah, seems like you finally noticed! I just cleaned up the house since it has been looking a bit dusty.”
“O-oh.. Thank you Thoma. You didn’t have too!”
“No no it’s fine. I just wanted you to know how much I love you. Just wanting to express my affection.” He smiled softly.
His words made your face red, you can’t help but smile as well. “I love you too, Thoma.”
You both held each other’s hands, he glanced at the time then looked back at you. “I’m not done yet. I have one more up my sleeve. We can go after we finish eating.”
After finishing your breakfast and helping Thoma clean the dishes, you both immediately went to Inazuma city’s entrance. He sat on the grass and gestured you to sit beside him. Letting out a small sigh, he whistled.
Not even a minute later, bushes started to rattle, then revealing the animals hidden behind. A number of happy noises came from the animals as they swarmed the two of you. “Haha, It’s nice to meet you again. You’re doing well, I presume?” He talked to the animals as friends, which made your heart flutter.
While being distracted by Thoma, you noticed the some small animals sat on your lap. You giggled, petting them one by one. You greeted them as well, trying to hide your burst of happiness.

After doing your commissions, you stopped by the General goods to buy some chocolate and to Flora for flowers. It might be cheesy and simple but it’s just a disguise for something you had prepared in advance.
When you arrived at your office in the headquarters, your desk was filled with gifts of all sizes. Surprised, you slowly walked towards it, placing your gifts on an empty couch. On top of a gift, there was a note, a letter. Then you examined the gifts. It was neatly wrapped. But you questioned who would give these to you.
Then it clicked. ‘It’s Valentines. It’s surely him.’ You thought, silently agreeing to yourself. You opened the letter, skimming through the words.
‘Hello Love~
Happy Valentines day. Do you like the presents I gave you? I spoil you too much hm? I picked them all myself, they remind me of you.’
You felt arms wrapped around your waist. Lips grazing your ear. “Did you like my gifts, Darling?” He asked. Knowing who the person is, you smiled. “I haven’t opened them yet. Thank you though.”
“Anything for my darling.”
Your heart fluttered at the nickname. Kaeya surely knows the way to your heart.

“Hey Y/n!” A male voice called as you took your rewards from Katherine. You turned around to see Bennett waving at you from Mondstadt’s Gate.
The blond male ran towards you, almost tripping in the process. “Y/n!” He panted. “Happy Valentines day!” You exclaimed. He beamed, echoing your words. “O-oh right! Do you wanna go on a picnic with me? I’m sure we would have a blast!”
Excitedly, you nodded. A few minutes later of walking, you both encountered a stray ruin guard. You and Bennett took out your weapons, ready to take down the enemy, as the ruin guard noticed both of you. You cursed under your breath.
“Oh no, haha sorry ‘bout that Y/n. It’s my bad luck acting up again...”
“It’s fine Benny. It’s not your fault. Probably just wandering around Mondstadt.”
You aimed to hit the guard’s weak spot as Bennett swung at the ruin guard, taking it’s full attention. After two hits, you managed to paralyze it, using this brief moment to take it down.
“That wasn’t too bad, was it? It was a nice exercise.” You panted, giving Bennett reassurance. He nodded, holding your hand and walking towards ‘Dandelion Meadow’. Fortunately, the dandelion wasn’t blown off yet.
“Ah thank the archons! My luck’s getting better!” Bennett exclaimed, getting the picnic ready. You both talked to each other as you helped him get ready.
“Thanks for the food Benny! It looks appetizing.” You dug in.
“Haha, thank you. But I got some help.. I didn’t want our day to go wrong today.” He muttered. You held his hand and caressed the back of his hand. “Everything is going great. Thank you for this Bennett.” You gave him a soft smile.
You leaned in, your forehead lightly leaning on his. Lovingly staring at his eyes. “I love you Benny.” You smiled, your lips brushing his.
He giddily smiled at the contact, staring at you with wide eyes. You chuckled, leaning back and eating the food before it gets cold.

“Ah, my beloved! I’ve been looking for you.” Xingqiu walked towards you with a book and a carnation in hand. You were sitting on the bench, looking at Liyue Harbor below.
“Hey Xingqiu, do you need anything?” You asked, the wind blowing softly. He stared at you, seemingly in a trance. You called him a few more times until he snapped out. “A-ah. Yes. Of course.” He faked a cough. “I.. Wanted to give you this. Something I can show my affections to you.” He handed you the flower and a book.
“Thank you Xingqiu!” You smiled, a blush forming on your face. He smiled, proud of himself. You skimmed through the pages, reading through some words. “I wrote the book by myself. I heard you liked this genre. Carnations symbolizes pure love and good luck.”
The thought of Xingqiu doing this for you made your heart flutter. Then you realized. You hugged your lover, head resting on his shoulder. “Ahhh, you do so much for me.. I forgot that it was Valentines today.”
He wrapped his arms around you. One on your waist and the other hand massaging your hair. “No need to apologize, my love. We can go back home and cuddle if you’d like. I would love to spend this day with you.”

You and Kaeya were patrolling through the Whispering Woods, You wanted to take a day off and stay at Mondstadt to have fun and see the fireworks up close, but as the duty of Cavalry’s Co-captain, along with the Captain himself, should make Mondstadters as their no. 1 priority.
Breaking the silence, you yawned. It was 11:50 at night after all. You might be used to waking up all day and night to finish your duties, but you were drained. Kaeya glanced and smirked “Tired, are we?” You nodded, stopping and leaning on a tree for support. “I haven’t had a good rest in days. You keep giving me your paperwork every, single, day!” You whined.
Kaeya chuckled “Come on, that’s just a test to see if you’re up to be the Co-captain.” You rolled your eyes “Or maybe just because you’re lazy to do it yourself.”
He gasped as he pretended to be offended. He placed his hand on his chest and said “Oh my! That hurt, Y/n.” He weeped. “I work all day too, just so you know, I do more work than you as the captain.”
You both continued to bicker at one another, arguing to which who does more work than the other.
“Last time I remember, YOU were the one giving our honorary knight orders just to make an arrest. And you could’ve done it yourself.” You shot.
“Well, I can’t just be the one to do the work because I’m well known in Mondstadt. We needed someone who isn’t a familiar face and has a skill to fight. Addition to that, I wanted to see if their capable to being the honorary knight as well. Grand Master Jean doesn’t give handouts after all.” He fought back as he leaned against a tree beside you.
Before you can tell more, a loud countdown has reached your ears.
“10! 9!”
“I guess the countdown is finally starting.” Muttered Kaeya.
“7! 6!”
“Yeah...” You mumbled, waiting to see the fireworks and for this year to finally end.
“5! 4!”
“Y/n?” He called.
“3!”
“Yeah?” You glanced at him.

“Happy new year.” He smiled, leaning closer to you and giving you a kiss.
“1!” The denizens of Mondstadt cheered as the fireworks began to sky rocket up into the air and burst, showing their beautiful colors.
You began to melt into the kiss, lips moving in sync. Your arms wrapped around his neck while his hands held your waist. You were the one to move away, panting for air. Not wanting to look at him at the face, you quickly looked away with a red face.
Kaeya held your chin and made you face him. “Look at me.” He ordered, his tone almost inaudible due to the fireworks. You hesitantly met his eyes, his mouth in a smirk. “You’re cute when you’re flustered.”

You were standing near Mondstadt General Goods at 3pm, having nothing much to do.
“Ah, Y/n! It’s nice to see you again, my good friend!” Venti sang as he lyre appeared on his hand. “Venti! You seem happy today.” You smiled, looking at the busy Mondstadt. People were rushing to buy foods for the special day.
“It’s almost the next year! People are happy celebrating the new year. Eating and drinking with family and friends, Watching the fireworks burst through the sky! I have the urge to make a song to this wonderful day.” He strummed the strings of the lyre, making beautiful notes.
“It’s a busy day, isn’t it?” Venti hummed in agreement.
“Aren’t you busy as well? Maybe helping your family?” He asked, now curious as to why you’re here in the first place. “No, not really. I already did my part and I wanted to help them and all but they told me they can handle it. Now I’m standing here doing nothing.” You sighed. “Do you have something I can help with? I’m bored.”
He shook his head. “Huh? Aren’t you going to celebrate as well? Maybe sing some songs to the Mondstadt as you did last time during the Ludi Harpastum?”
“Of course, I will!” He chirped, then he slightly sulked, awkwardly chuckling. “I just have no one to celebrate with but it’s alright! Seeing people’s happy faces are enough.”
Your heart sunk. Subconsciously, you took Venti’s hand and softly squeezed it, not noticing the pink blush on his cheeks. “You can celebrate with my family if you’d like. I’m sure they can understand.”
“Thank you for your generosity, Y/n! But I assure you that I--” He suddenly stopped talking, as if he’s having second thoughts to his decision. “--I will join you and your family with the feast! I’ll bring dandelion wine, I wouldn’t want to be a guest without something in hand to give back.”
You and Venti grinned at each other. Then out of nowhere, his eyes widened. “Oh right! I need to go now, I forgot I had something to do. Let’s meet here again before the countdown.” He waved before flying away.
Slowly waving, you watched his form descend to the sky until it was no longer visible. You sighed to yourself. ‘Nothing to do.. Again. Maybe they still need my help.’ You thought, taking your time on walking back home.
A few hours had already passed, the time being 11:40. As he requested, you came back to Mondstadt General Goods, squeezing through people who were already there. Your family told you that they’ll come later.
Before you could finish swimming through the sea of crowd, you could hear a melody and right before you know it, a hand took ahold of your arm and pulled you towards them. Crashing onto the person’s chest, you let out an ‘oof’.
“You’re finally here!”
“Venti?” You took a step back and touched your head, soothing it before a headache came.
“Ah sorry.” He chuckled nervously. “Sorry about that. I thought you needed some help going through the crowd. Good thing this part isn’t too crowded.”
But just before you could respond, a few people started to come to your way, squeezing in to see the fireworks up close. Someone accidentally bumped into you, causing you to fall on Venti. Luckily, he caught his step and pulled you close to him, making sure to protect you from the crowd.
“Haha... Maybe this isn’t the greatest spot to be. Let’s go higher to the roof, shall we?” He turned to you, and you immediately nodded.
“Alright then, hold tight!”
You did as you were told. You felt a gust of wind from below you and the ground you were standing on was gone. You held tighter as you knew you were flying with Venti, not wanting to fall. You closed your eyes, adrenaline suddenly acting up.
Not long after, your feet touched (of what you assumed was ground.) but it was a bit slippery. “Watch your step, Y/n. You might slip and fall. Oh, and you can open your eyes now.”
Your eyes slowly and hesitantly opened, to see that you weren’t on the ground you were on previously, but instead on the roof of a building. You took a small step backwards with the help of Venti, and sat on the roof tiles. You both sat next to each other, scared that the other might fall to their death. You wrapped your arm around Venti’s waist as he wrapped his arm around your waist.
“I’m not too heavy right?”
“Of course not Y/n! Don’t think about that. No need to be insecure.” He gave you a reassuring smile, telling you that he’ll save you in any danger you’d be in. You smiled back, feeling a bit reassured.
While waiting, Venti suddenly took out a wine bottle. “Eh? Where did you get that?” You asked. It couldn’t be out of his pocket, it wouldn’t fit. He took a mouthful and said “A bard never tells his secrets!”. You sighed.
You tried to stop Venti from drinking too much, it hasn’t even started yet but he kept ignoring you. “Venti-- Don’t get too drunk on me just yet!” He just giggled, moving the bottle out of your reach.
“OoOh look at that! It’s almost time!” He cheered as the others cheered with him. The countdown had finally had started. You and Venti started to countdown with the crowd.
“5!”

“HAPPY NEW YEAR!”
As everyone cheered, Venti suddenly pulled you into a kiss. Before you could react, he moved back, his forehead resting on yours. You couldn’t utter a word, too stunned to realize what was happening.
“HapPy NeW YeaR, Y/n!” He slurred. You could smell the wine from how close you two were. “H-happy new year.. Aha... What was the kiss for?” You had the courage to ask.
“You didn’t know? It was a tradition to kiss someone during the new year. Wishes ya good luck y’know? Ehe.” Venti winked. Your face turned red as he gave you another kiss, and another.
“Aw, you’re so red. So cute.” He giggled drunkily. “Imma kiss you some more to give you infinite good luck!” Venti raised his hands high. You noticed him slippering, so you immediately grabbed his cape and pulled him towards you.
“Hehe, my knight and shining armor~”

“Aren’t you excited? It’s going to be a blast!” Bennett exclaimed as he fist pumped the air. Both of you strolled through the woods, which Bennett claimed that he knew the way. “It’s just a new year, Benny. But I am a bit excited for what’s going to happen.” You said as you took some berries and putting it in your bag.
“I can’t wait to see the fireworks!” He grinned to you. You rolled your eyes playfully and said “You better go on a safe place this time. Last year, you accidentally got burnt by one of the fireworks.”
“Yeah yeah. I’ll make sure to be careful this time, I promise!”
You lightly punched his stomach, earning a playful ‘ow’ from Bennett. “You better.” You chuckled.
A few minutes had passed.
“Are we there yet?” You asked.
“Nope.”
“Are we there yet?” You asked again after a few more minutes
“Not yet.”
“Are we close?” You asked, starting to get tired from walking.
“I think so.” He answered, looking at the surroundings.
“Haven’t you came here before?”
“I did, I think. Well- I don’t know about this forest though..” He muttered, slowly getting anxious. “I think we’re lost.” You patted his back in reassurance. “It’s fine, we can find our way to the spot you were talking about.”
Bennett gave you a smile, before it turned back to a frown. “I’m sorry I got us lost again... Maybe this was a bad idea.”
You frowned. You groaned in annoyance, making the sad Bennett look at you. “There you go again! Blaming yourself for the luck you have. It’s not your fault for having bad luck. I know you didn’t want to have that luck. Just because people blame you for their accidents doesn’t mean it’s really your fault. You’re just an... adventurer who wants to have the full experience, like everybody else. You’re just living life in difficult mode. But it makes spending time with you more special and fun than any other. That’s why I joined Benny’s adventure team. Not just because of pity. You’re my s/o, Benny.”
He smiled at you, feeling touched. You smiled back, until you realized you ranted at him. “A-ah, sorry! I got so annoyed that you kept blaming yourself and-”
Bennett stopped you from talking any further. “It’s okay! I actually needed that. Thank you, N/n!” He held your hand and gently squeezed it, earning a squeeze back from you. “Let’s continue, I’m now a 100% sure we’re going the right way! Possibly.”
A few hours had passed, with fighting hilichurls, getting chased by a lawachurl, and accidentally alerting a ruin guard.
You and Bennett finally lost the ruin guard by climbing up a mountain, high enough that the ruin guard won’t shoot and forget about the both of you. “Hah.” He panted. “Finally!” You groaned, collapsing on the ground. “I’m so tired.”
“Let’s stay here for the night. I hope it will rain during that.” He sat beside you.
Hearing his words made you shot up, ignoring the fatigue. “What?! But after all that you-” He smiled and gave you a cheeky wink. You thought about it for a while. “Hm.. Whatever you’re trying to do. Do you think that’ll work?” You asked.
“Let me check.” Bennett took a penny out of his pocket and flipped it. It was tails. He placed the penny back and nodded. “Yep. I’m sure.”
“How? Did you pick tails as well?”
“Nope.”
“I’m still confused..” You deadpanned.
You lied on the ground once more, letting your muscles relax from after all that. It’s possibly near midnight after you both climbed up the mountain, the sun had already set a few hours before.
You heard Bennett’s stomach grumble. You chuckled, “Are you hungry, Benny?” Bennett muttered a ‘yeah’. “Didn’t you pack any food today?” You asked. He shook his head. “I forgot..” He admitted, embarrassed. “I have berries here that I picked on the way. Want some?” You went into your bag and took out the berries, handing it to Bennett.
He happily ate the berries, thanking you. “Aren’t you hungry?” He asked when he noticed you weren’t eating. “Not really.” Your stomach grumbled. ‘What a timing...’ You hoped Bennett didn’t hear it but with his smile, you knew he did.
“Your stomach says otherwise, come on. Eat.” He fed you a berry. You and Bennett ate the same amount of berries. A bit full than earlier, you and Bennett chatted until a firework interrupted you both.
“It’s starting.” Bennett excitingly whispered to you, shaking with excitement.
You stared at Bennett as he watched the firework burst into different beautiful colors and patterns. “It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” He asked, seemingly in trance. You watched the fireworks. “Yeah, it is..” A cool breeze flew past, making you shiver.
“Benny.” You called, gaining attention of the boy. He tilted his head. “It’s cold, do you mind me snuggling with you?” You felt embarrassed asking that question, yet you didn’t have a choice.
“No not at all!” He patted the small space in between the two of you, gesturing you to come closer. You wrapped yourself on his waist as he held you with one arm, the other balancing himself from falling. You quickly was met with his warmth. You silently went closer, liking the way his warm body quickly warmed yours.
“Benny?” You moved to face him. He hummed, his face red from the proximity. “Happy new year. I hope this will give you good luck.” You leaned in to give him a kiss on the cheek. Bennett seemed unresponsive. You pulled away and went back to cuddling.
A few minutes later, he murmured. “Y/n?”
“Yes?”
“Can I have a kiss again?”
You nodded, giving him a kiss on the other cheek.
“N-no.. Not that..” He looked flustered. You knew what he was asking for, you just like teasing him because the face he makes are cute. “What do you mean?” You asked innocently.
“Can I get a kiss on the lips please- don’t tease me..”
You smiled. You leaned in, your lips touching his. “Better?”
He didn’t answer, but the big goofy smile on his face was the answer you needed. His face turning redder and redder by the second. He nodded. “I- I’m feeling better..!”
You couldn’t help but giggle at his flustered expression. “You’re so adorable.”
Bennett hugged you. “No.. You’re more adorable.. Adorabler..”
