I really should not be as amused as I am by the fact that tonight's new game is me sitting on Sophie’s frisbee and her trying to figure out how to dislodge it. she’s 22lbs of fluffy determination and honestly, if she didn’t want to keep doing this she should stop dumping the damn thing right on my keyboard. especially when I’m trying to write fic

so I just changed my bedding and every time I settled a sheet on my bed or a blanket Sophie jumped up ready to snuggle...I spent the whole time tossing a 22lbs puppy/wanna be cat off the bed to try and convince her that the freshly washed blankets were not for her benefit.

I wasn’t very successful

I’m home sick and every time I sneeze 🤧 or cough she either jumps from fright and looks electrocuted or gives me a hard core judgmental stare. Sophie baby stealing my pillows....
