#shepropchallenge day 30: a cosplay you plan to finish someday (I swear!) Here I am in May, triumphant as I'd just finished the first (of five) panels of hand embroidery for #princessleia 's #bespin costume cape. That was 120 hours worth of embroidery! I'm only 24 hours into the second panel so I have a LONG way to go. Now that I'm looking at an even more prolonged recovery (long enough that I actually relinquished my sewing machine and serger for maintenance because I won't be able to use them anyway for weeks....) for my bruised right tibia, and have to stay off my right knee for at least the next two weeks (cellulitis is a nasty infection) I'm hoping I have the energy to resume some embroidery from the recliner!
