I'm kind of obsessed with this song. Steady pace, stormy and savory like a dark afternoon with smoke on the wind. The lyrics are strange as well.

I'm loving this. Perfect vibes for driving with the windows down at sunset etc etc
I don't understand the lyrics, but I can feel the warmth and sweetness ☺️
(Or am I just feeling it because it's 89 degrees here and I'm eating a cookie)

I have never decided so quickly that I would pay whatever money necessary to have an album in vinyl
I love Aurora so much. And I am SO excited for this next album with Tom Rowland.
Like I don't how to describe it but I feel like with every new release for this upcoming album (Ring the Alarm, The Thing (my beloved), Come Closer, and now Somewhere Else) we are getting a new glimpse of her creative genius and identity, and all it feels so new but also so inevitable, so familiar at the same time. Even as they are not all the most complex or catchy, or the most to my taste, they all have such a daring humanness to them that draw me in.
There are many artists who "fall off" as time goes on, who seem to lose their spark as they continue to churn out album after album. And while I don't think Aurora's artistic growth has been linear per se (TGWCT was not "it" for me), it feels so free and organic compared to many others. As if she has not let her creative spirit be spoiled or slowed down. And it's so darn hard to keep one's creative spirit in good condition, in the present climate of the world.
I don't like every last one of her songs and I certainly don't agree with all of her beliefs and/or philosophy of life, but goodness gracious does this woman have something that far too many people are missing in this world.
And if you listen to her music and you don't get it, that's fine. I'm sure there are greater artists in the world than her. But I for one will never be able to get over the beauty of her work and the kinship I feel with it. I feel like God custom made her to be an artist just for me (and many others).
Obsessed with this. More quality kpop.
