While in line at the Banapple pop up in ANE. There was this group of friends behind me goofing around not minding they've been bumping people about rudely. Chocolate Pecan Pie

The best pie ever!!! The pie is made with pate a foncer dough. The way the dough was made is sticky because of the egg we put in. But the result is amazing, as you can see, it is very flaky, just like a puff pastry dough.  The filling is the point, the match between pecan and chocolate, I just can’t.. If you ever try this, please do so. A sweet, chocolate flavor, smooth and turn out to be a complicated flavor.
