Everyone sees the smiles... but I saw every blood, sweat, and tear shared by these people and more not seen in this picture. @nicoleroggow and I wanted to create an environment where people come to not only #BeBetter but have REAL accountability and love. We don’t fluff things up, we don’t tell you what you want to hear, we aren’t cheap, and we don’t cut corners... we invest wholeheartedly in the progress of each of our members. Even when I try, it’s hard to keep the smile off my face. I’m officially now in the process of opening my own facility. There’s nerves, excitement, worry and focus all flowing at the same time. But here’s one thing I know -> I’ve always had a heart for people. - - - I’ve always wanted to find an outlet to impact people’s lives with love, compassion, and trust. I hope that everyone who comes through Honor Your Barbell feels every single one of those things on a personal level.
