I have been trying to decide what to dress Luna up as for Halloween for months and finally had what I thought was the brilliant idea of going as hula dancers, tape some green strips to her saddle pad, give her a lei, braid some flowers into her mane, I could also go as a hulu dancer it’d be so cute! Unfortunately I realized like ten minutes later it would also be hella cultural appropriation…. So probably not a good idea.

I could maybe still have fun with all the flowers and make Luna be a flower garden and then I can be a butterfly(I already have butterfly wings)

Luna is pretty tolerant of most things but is also a wiggle butt so trying to think of a fun costume that won’t take forever to put on (aka not painting her) and that I can ride in and ideally jump in for the Halloween jump off my barn does.
