Think about a Big Leaf - A Story for Unlimited Edition
We are in the middle of December 2018, I am right now in front on my computer writing this collaboration post for the one and very dear to my heart Unlimited Edition.
I say dear to my heart because it has been a year since I am doing this blog and for the last 6 months I have steadily posted collabs with Unlimited Edition. I believe in this kind of relations with a brand.I believe in long lasting collaborations in general simply because it creates something that internet needs more and more, it creates bonds between people.
I am not referring to solely the bond between the company and the blogger but also the people who jump to the idea or concept of the brand. Those are the fellow bloggers who like the brand in first place and eventually the followers, readers and people who see the clothing first hand, that is to say, the personal friends, the colleagues at work and never forget, the events.
I always try to make the blog post somehow personal for such collaboration partners I go beyond the promotional Instagram piece in the hope there is a deeper meaning to the job. I will try to explain the reasons now.
Every piece of clothing tells a story, a story I do not know about. In this case the Fanny Dress in the Big Leaf Print designed by Maria and Tina says something I can only decipher but it is like seeing the cover of a book, I only see the exterior.
Saying I can only see the exterior does not mean I can not feel the dress, and that is an absolute strength of the brand, the textile is exceptional. This is a fine red carpet dress I will be wearing for the coming Berlin Fashion Week because it is a stunner.
Now coming back to the exploration of the designer inspiration, The Fanny dress comes in 3 prints, the Jungle print, the small flower and this one. Only one I can link to Denmark for sure.
Those little elements tell me that the story of the print design is deeper that what I know. (I might ask them and get back to you)
For now I will leave you the link to the shop and one more thing, I will link the Pinterest Board I created for Unlimted Edition, is one of my favorites. Loads of gorgeous clothing appart from the fanny dress which I forgot to imply, it is a wonderful choice for the Christmas seasons.
