This is so incredibly unspecific but I think....Lilith and Efink should be gfs
LILITH AND EFINK SHOULD BE GFS!!
here’s the thing, is that efink is stuck in the room with the blood pool now. and, like, that’s fine! she wanted that, the power and the knowledge and the self-confidence that comes with that, but... it’s also pretty fuckin lonely, sometimes
and she’s still getting better at the whole “having emotions” thing, but when her friends visit (because of course they all visit) she tells them that she’s fine, that she’s happy down here, that she wanted this, that she’s content, but the truth is that as soon as they leave she wants to cry
and then she finally, FINALLY, gets up the courage and confesses to lilith that sometimes it sucks, being stuck here with only olag and the voices in her head that tell her the future. and lilith listens, and hugs her, and from that day on lilith visits every single day, for hours at a time
and they talk about everything- how maggie and leiland jr are doing, about lilith’s kids and what they’re up to, markus and leiland and how they’re adorable but also kind of disgusting, sokhbarr and his (very loud) growing collection of scream beasts
and sometimes they’re just quiet, because sometimes all efink needs is for someone to be there, and lilith is always there when she needs her, and in those moments efink thinks that she’s the happiest she’s ever been
(it takes them a long time, longer than it should, probably, but eventually efink kisses lilith, and lilith kisses back, and efink thinks oh, this is what i’ve been missing for my whole life)
