Maybe someone’s already said this, but I haven’t seen any posts about this. We let Celine and Damien into our body after we were shot by the Colonel. Obviously, the fandom (we are called Jim now) knows that this combination of the two inside us is Darkiplier. But RIGHT BEFORE we look into the mirror at the very end, we reach for Damien’s cane. When we do, we see first Celine’s hand, then Damien’s hand.

We’ve seen at least one of our hands multiple times (feel free to mention other times if I’ve missed some). We flipped off the Butler during the party montage, and we handed Celine our drawing. Both times, we were in control our body (albeit, we were very drunk in one scene, so control might be a little dubious, bare with me). However, once we’ve been possessed by Dark/Celine/Mark, the only hands that was see are Celine’s and Mark’s. The camera has always been our eyesight. I mean, we all know this, duh, but here’s a specific example: when we fall asleep in Chapter 1, the camera is blurry, as if our eyes are drooping from tiredness.

Notice at the end of the scene, Dark/Celine/Damien walks off, but the camera - the one tool that has been our main sense through this entire series - doesn’t move. Funny, because if the camera is our eyes, then it should be following us, right? If not with our body, where would our eyes be?

The fact that we don’t see our own hand pick up the cane means that we don’t have any control over this body that has four spirits in it - yours, Dark’s, Celine’s, and Damien’s. Now, we no longer have any control of the camera either, our own eyes. Why? Because we’re not even IN the body anymore. Our spirit is trapped in the mirror, and Dark is the one who trapped us there.
We’re stuck in the mirror void. How the fuck are we going to get out?
