Lean

When situations shake our foundations, the isolation and fear can be daunting. When we have someone to lean on, we become stronger to get through what’s ahead with the support of confidence. There are times that are tough and it doesn’t make us vulnerable to lean on someone. When we share our feelings it relieves stress and we can see more clearly.

When we feel alone this is one of the most devastating reactions to whats happening around us. When we lean on someone for assistance we open up opportunity and lose fear. The problem when we isolate ourselves is the situation becomes bigger, escalating our emotions and we turn inward. When we lean on a friend, parent, or school teacher, this lessons our fear and we experience peace of mind.

Be the tree,

Build friendships.

We are stronger when going through situations when we are able to lean on someone for care and support. If we feel alone, open up and become the tree that someone needs to lean on, and this will give us the support “we” need to conquer any situation.
