Can they cry on command? If so, what do they think about to make it happen?
Not at all. His tears have dried up eons ago so even crocodile tears aren't even capable from him. So much so that even when going through terrible and saddening events himself it's highly likely that he still couldn't cry. He's just that physically incapable of doing so. It would take an insane blow to his heart to be able to shed any tears.
He'd probably pop a blood vessel if he tried to force it. Or it would come off as some of the worst acting ever seen.
