Chishiya and Aguni are my favorite character arcs in the show but really I’m spoiled for choice. It’s so solid. This has been such a fun rewatch because knowing the conceit/reveal just strengthens the show’s themes ♠️♦️♣️♥️

Hands stop him before he commits an ego death, lethal to both. He’s itchy in his man costume but he doesn't tell her. She’s open windows, blooming spring buds in midday—one wrong move and she’ll

be crushed by mementos. Boyish declarations stop in his throat; she whispers how much she enjoys this. Him, her, in the dim little room by themselves. Nothing to stop him from falling.
